Map of Armando Hernandez's Recording Studio
Armando lives and works in an old bronstone in a "gentrified" area of
downtown Seattle, one that has largely escaped the urban makeovers of
the past century. The first floor is devoted to his office and a well
equipped recording studio. His living quarters are on the second floor.
- Waiting Room -
- Armando's Office - His office coputer system is installed
here next to a messy desk against the west wall, in the north wall, a
pane of glass lookins into the recording studio (room 3). In front of
this window is a complex control panel. Several bookshelves filled with
magazines, tehcnical manuals for recoriding equipment, and even some
hadback fiction (antiques) line the other two walls.
Pictures of Maria hang everywhere.
- Recording Studio - This room is equipped with the latest
and best in recording technology.
- Library - This room is lined with bookshelves, containing
thousands of volumes. Hernandez seems to have a taste for antique
media. A trid sits in one corner. On the desk against the south wall
is a terminal hooked into the office computer. A comfortable chair
sits in the middle of the room. On a table next to it, open facedown,
is a copy of Don Qixote, in the original Spanish. If anyone can read
it, its open to the chapter where Quixote first meets Duicinea.
- Hernandez's Bedroom - A picture of Maria sits on the table
next to the bed.
