This is the character "Bolt" who started as an Animalistic Con Artist who specialisted as a Marauder. You escaped from an lab in Seattle and have been on the run from the Crimson Crush (and their associates) ever since.

Appears to have the features of a canine, but have a humanoid body. Issues with attention, and likes to run everywhere.
