Level 5 Spell - Cone of Cold

• Evocation 5th Level (Arcane, Attack, Cold)
• Classes - Druid, Sorcerer, Wizard
• Secret Crafts - Dragon, Rad, War, Water
• Casting time - 1 action
• Range - self
• Area - 60ft radius
• Components - V, S, M (a small glass or crystal snowflake or cone)
• Duration - Instantaneous
• Saving Throw - Consitition halves
• Frigid cold blasts from your hands. Each creature in the area takes 8d8 cold damage. Creatures killed by this spell become frozen statues until they thaw.
• Cast at Higher Levels - (+1) increase the damage by 1 dice.
• Rare - Soliogn's Cubed Cone of Cold - The spell’s area becomes a 30ft cube. Any buildings or structures entirely in the area take double damage.
