Halflings of Darkness - Eastshire -
These halflings are found all over the world, having spread wherever the water
reaches, they have the reputation as being the best waterfolk of all the races.
They are tied to the darker places of the world where other races live. They
have a darker skin, black hair and dark coloured eyes. They are tied to the
sphere of entropy.
Locations - Five Shires.

The eastshire people are an evolution from the Old Hin. They are connected to
darkness and shadowlands.
Darokin – Found in the cities and towns.
Five Shires – Found in the cities and towns. The Province of Eastshire is the national home of these halflings and they can trace their heritage back to the founders of Eastshire.
Ierendi – Found in the cities and towns.
Karameikos – Found in the cities of men and along the river community waterways.
Minrothad – Found in the cities and towns
Characteristics
Height - men and women 3'.
Complexion - dark skinned.
Colouration - skin is grey to black and hair black with eyes of dark
almost black colours.
Known Community Locations - Darokin, Five Shires, Ierendi, Karameikos,
Minrothad.
Traits - based on the Lightfoot Halfling.
